Mortgage Loan Processor/Transaction Coordinator

The candidate must be a quick learner with attention to detail and have excellent communication skills. A solid understanding of underwriting guidelines and the ability to calculate income and assets properly in accordance with program guidelines is required.

  • Minimum 1 year of recent processing experience
  • Minimum 2 years in the mortgage industry
  • Borrower and referral partner interaction
  • Detailed data input and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Comp structure includes hourly pay plus bonus

In-House Loan Officer

What You Will Do

  • Take incoming leads and inbound phone calls.
  • Structure loans and create custom quotes based on the clients specific financial situation.
  • Review applications and verification documentation for pre-approval.
  • Perform Annual Mortgage Review and Financial Analysis for our past client database.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and referral partners.
  • Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients’ needs and developing an understanding of the challenges.

What You Need

  • 1+ years of experience as a Loan Officer or Production Partner/Loan Officer Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of constantly meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

A background in Financial Planning or a CMPS designation is viewed in high regard for this position.

Loan Officer Assistant

The candidate must be a quick learner with attention to detail. The position will support one of the top loan originators in the country and requires excellent communication skills, data entry, loan product knowledge, income and asset analysis and preparing load disclosures. We provide all necessary training but previous experience in the mortgage industry is required.

Daily activities include:

– Preparing rate and cost quotes

– Reviewing borrower documentation

– Data Entry

– Realtor and client communication

– Supporting our lock desk

– Preparing Loan Disclosures

Business Development Officer

What You Will Do

  • Generate pipeline through establishing and maintaining the extensive Sammamish Mortgage partner network within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Preform 5 face to face presentations per week with new network prospects.
  • Complete 30 touches per week with existing network members in order to maintain depth in our meaningful relationships.
  • Schedule and present at educational seminars, in and out of office to further build pipeline.
  • Act as a self-starter while leveraging cross-functional collaboration wherever appropriate.
  • Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients’ needs and developing an understanding of the challenges.

What You Need

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a business development or outside sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of constantly meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work efficiently with cross-functional team, managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred but not required
