Great experience working with Sammamish Mortgage. They were highly efficient and responsive to all our questions and requests. They also were able to offer much better rates than competitors.

It was a much easier and more pleasant experience than with previous mortgage lenders we have used (4 in total). We were never concerned about closing on-time and the closing documents were ready to go a couple of days before closing. The whole experience was seamless and simple with a convenient website that is easy to use and understand. Should we ever need a mortgage lender again we wouldn’t hesitate to call Sammamish.

Ryan, Shawn and the team made the application, documentation and closing process seamless and stress-free. It was truly a pleasure working with Sammamish Mortgage.
