Ryan Shane’s mortgage career started early, helping at his family’s company while still in middle school. He learned the values of service and hard work from his late father, Harley Shane, founder of Sammamish Mortgage in 1992. Today, Ryan says every step the company takes honors his father’s legacy.
Ryan and his two brothers now co-own the family business, one of the few independent family-owned mortgage banks in the Pacific Northwest. With 90% of loans handled in-house, they provide a full range of lending solutions.
Raised in Sammamish after moving from California, Ryan knows the local market deeply. In 2019 alone, he personally originated and closed more than 800 loans.
