Every year, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reviews the FHA loan limits is all counties in the nation and compares them to the average home price in each location. For the most part, the loan limits are increased every year in an effort to keep up with an increase in home prices. This is exactly what happened from 2021 to 2022 with FHA loan limits in Idaho.

In December 2021, the HUD announced that it would be increasing Idaho FHA loan limits for 2022.
